1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India through reliable courier partners.
Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take longer.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or above a certain order value (as per promotions).
3. Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, strikes, or unforeseen events.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID/link will be shared via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
Customers can track their shipment status using the courier partner’s website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected pin codes and order values.
Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
6. Delivery Attempts
The courier will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If undelivered, the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
