We want you to love your shopping experience with MBC Collection. If you are not satisfied, our return and exchange policy is as follows:
1. Returns & Exchanges
Eligible only if the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Not applicable for innerwear, accessories, or discounted/sale items.
2. Process
Contact us via email (mbccollection25@gmail.com) or phone (+91 70777 11124) within 3 days of receiving the order.
Pack the product securely and ship it back to our return address. Courier charges are borne by the customer unless the product delivered was defective/wrong.
Once inspected, we will confirm approval/rejection of return/exchange.
3. Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours with an unboxing video/photo proof for faster resolution.
